• Deadline Date for Pre-Registration - May 1, 2023.
• Registration after July 15, 2023, must call to check available space.
• No onsite registration.
• There is a $625 registration fee due by May 1, 2023. 
• There will be a $50.00 late fee for all registrations received after May 1, 2023.
• There will be a $75.00 late fee for all registrations received after June 1, 2023.
• Photo identification will be required at mandatory check-in July 30, 2023.
• There is a 20% handling fee on all refunds made prior to June 1, 2023.
• No refunds or credits are permitted after June 1, 2023.
• Attendees should fly into greater Buffalo International Airport.

4th Year or Advanced curriculum students ONLY.

(Not for grades 1-3. No On-Site Exam Registration Accepted)

All educational materials to be picked up at the Teachers’ Training School Program.

Scholarship documents will be needed to complete this section.
If you need any scholarship forms, please visit the national website. All scholarship forms can be found on the Members page, with the exception of Delegate, Solo Title, and General, which can be found on the Chapter Officers page.

Late Fees:
(Received after May 20th) - $50.00
(Received after June 15th) - $75.00

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with the official rules governing this year’s Dance Masters of America’s Teachers Training School. The personal data submitted on this application is true and correct. I hereby give my permission as a student to be photographed/videotaped during Dance Masters of America’s Teachers Training School. It is my understanding that these photographs/videotapes will be used solely by Dance Masters of America, Inc. at their discretion and in a manner befitting the high standard of the association. It is my further understanding that these photographs/videotapes may be offered for sale at the discretion of Dance Masters of America, Inc.

In consideration of being accepted as a student in the Dance Masters Teachers Training School, I do hereby release Dance Masters of America, Inc., its Officers, Administrators, Faculty and Staff of the Dance Masters of America’s Teachers Training School, and State University of NY at Buffalo, from any and all claims for damages, or for injuries which the participant might sustain while attending and participating in any and all activities connected with the Dance Masters of America’s Teachers Training School. Failure to obtain the signatures prior to arrival will disqualify student from the Dance Masters of America’s Teachers Training School.
