Percussion & Color Guard
Color Guard has two dates for auditions (April 29th and May 20th).

Drumline has two due dates for auditions (May 20th and June 22nd). Both are expected to be completed by all drumline membership.

Front Ensemble and Rhythm Section auditions will be conducted alongside the drumline.
Wind Training Day & Wind Auditions
The link to submit Wind Player audition videos can be found on our website as well as our Facebook groups and will be active beginning on Tuesday, February 1st, 2023. The link will remain open until Saturday, April 15th, 2023.

You are welcome to turn in your marching and playing audition videos any time between February 1st and April 15th.

Wind player audition results will be announced shortly after the April 15th deadline.

The results will be listed on our 2023 Member Facebook Page (that everyone should ask to be a member of) as well as through an INVITATION TO BAND CAMP via email.

If you are a prospective new member of the "Pride of the Mountains" wind section, you are required to attend Wind Training Day, which will act as our New Member Orientation. Wind Training Day is on Wednesday, June 14th. During this day you will be taught our marching technique, warm-ups, and basic music requirements.
Instruments that are not available for check out for PotM:
- Flutes
- Clarinets
- Alto Saxophones
We have very few low-reed instruments (Tenor Saxophone, Baritone Saxophone, and Bass Clarinet). These instruments are available on a first come first serve basis.
Housing
Please Note: Pride of the Mountains does not provide housing for Wind Training Day, Whee Spin, and Whee Drum.

Incoming New Members: When Band Camp arrives, you will be housed in the dorm that you will have for the entire school year.
Membership Agreement: By submitting my commitment form, I understand that I am committing to be a member of the 2023 "Pride of the Mountains" Marching Band AND to be included in all trips. Additionally, I understand that my 2023 membership requires my participation for the entire season AND that I am responsible for all member and trip payments.
