Services Agreement
This Agreement shall provide the Client with the investigation services requested specific to the matter in the form until the resolution of the case unless otherwise, Client decides to terminate this agreement by which client shall notify CIS promptly.
Fees:
The Fees shall be as follows:
Surveillance: $100.00/hour (base to base)
Travel Fee: $1.00/km
Person Location: $500
OSINT Investigation: $90/hour (or pre-agreed set fee)
Administration Fee: $50/hour
Photo/video Download & Report Fee: $50/hour
Process Serving Fee: $185.00 (Metro Area)
Additional Charges may include:
- Parking expenses
- Meals (if traveling or covert surveillance at a venue)
- Court Appearances
Electronic Communication:
The Client shall accept the electronic mail method of communication. Correspondence shall be sent to the Client's email address at: .
No Promises/Refunds
The Client understands and acknowledges that Cottman Investigation Services (CIS) does not guarantee an outcome that favors the Client for his/her case. The Client understands that CIS will do their utmost in obtaining the outcome required and will not be entitled to any refund if the outcome is not achieved.
A deposit is required before any services can begin. Please contact CIS to discuss the deposit amount and then proceed to the payment options below. Please note there maybe a credit card surcharge applied.
