**Business in Vancouver is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and will notify nominators of any changes to the event’s timeline as they happen.**

The BC Export Awards recognize the innovative approaches and unique contributions of BC registered export companies and the individuals who contribute to their success, across all sectors and from all regions of the province.
 
Application Deadline:

Completed applications, including supporting materials must be received by Business in Vancouver no later than noon, August 1st, 2023. No applications will be accepted after this time.

Application Process:

• Review the award categories, criteria and eligibility
• Complete the online application form, including all supporting materials.

Supporting Materials:

Supporting materials are mandatory. Please include the following supporting materials as attachments in the application form to follow.

• A company summary of 100 - 125 words (to be used in the BC Export Awards print edition if your company is selected as a finalist.)
• Your company logo (in high resolution transparent EPS and JPEG formats, a minimum 100 pixels wide. Logo will only be used if your company is selected as a finalist)
• A complete summary of sales and market performance. Download the Sales & Market Information Form here.
• Five digital photos of your company. These photos will be used in the BC Export Awards print edition and finalist video at the luncheon should your company be selected as a finalist. When selecting photos, please choose:
  • High resolution photos (file size of 1 MB or greater)
    Horizontal/landscape-oriented photos
  • Photos which are preferably 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels
  • A variety in the types of shots (i.e. Photos with people, of the products, of the facility, of people working, etc.).

Please Note:

• Application forms must be submitted online. No email or paper copies will be accepted.
• The questions on the first page are the complete list of questions. The second page will allow you to attach all supplementary info.
  You may be asked to provide further information upon receipt of your application.
• The online application form cannot be saved unless all information is submitted. Once submitted, the application cannot be retrieved for editing. Ensure your documents and information are ready prior to completing the form.
