• Applicant’s Successfull Paynow Registration (by NRIC).

Educational Certificates (for Applicants only)

      Primary School

• Student year end development result / exam result (for other Levels).

      Secondary School

• Admission Letter or SMS from School (for Secondary 1).
• Year-end exam result (for other Levels).

      Special Education School

• Admission Letter or SMS from School (for First Year).
• Year-end development result (for other Levels).

      Tertiary School

• Tertiary school acceptance letter showing course and duration of study.
• Latest Exam Result in current institution.
• GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Level Certificate.

      University

• University school acceptance letter showing course and duration of study.
• Latest Exam Result in current institution.
• Student Card.

Income Documents (for Family members)

Family members who are employed:

• Latest payslip (within last 3 months) or Employment Letter stating monthly gross salary (if employed less than 3 months).
• CPF Transaction History for last 12 months.

 Family members who are self-employed:

• Latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment.
• Self-declaration letter (click & download the form).
• CPF Transaction History for last 12 months.

Family members who are unemployed / retired / housewife / employed but unable to produce payslip:

• CPF Transaction History for last 12 months.
• Self-declaration letter (click & download the form).
• A recent Doctor’s Memo showing the fit/unfit for work status (if applicable).

Siblings who are Full-time Student (above 16yrs old) or Serving NS:

• EZ Link Card / Student Card.
• NS 11B Card & NS Payslip.

 Other Documents (if applicable)

• Latest financial aid documents from SSO, MUIS and other organisations.
• Doctor's memo / medical report (dated in last 6 months) of applicant or any family member who has a chronic or serious medical condition.
