Trailmarker SponsorshipTrailmarker Sponsors provide logo items for distribution to all participants. These can include pens, bags, lanyards, or other such items. Trailmarker sponsors must provide enough items for all registrations. This is an "in-kind" sponsorship.

Ascent SponsorshipThe Ascent Sponsorship Provides for a specific block of classes. Ascent sponsors will be listed in the catalog, and will receive mentions and signage in classes sponsored. Ascent sponsors will also be mentioned in social media and web posts.

Summit SponsorshipSummit Sponsorship provides a meal for the conference, and helps offset cost of snacks and general operations. Sponsorships may be "in-kind." Contact csems@vaems.org for details. Summit Sponsors will receive mentions on social media and advertising, and will include logos on shirts, banners, and general presentations.

If vendors are not providing speakers or sponsorships, we request that a door prize item be provided to support the conference. Exhibitor tables will be standard 6' tables, and will be offered on a first-come-first serve basis after sponsor tables have been assigned. Space is limited, and priority will go to paid sponsors.
