Please find here a few slides which provide some background information on the Sustainability Domains and Sub-domains, as well as some key working definitions which may help framing your organization's project.
Please provide a brief overview of the sustainability project your organization has undertaken. At a later stage of this form, you will be able to provide more details about your project.
The sustainability initiatives are divided into 3 Sustainability Domains (more information here).
Although your project may address more than one domain, please only select the one that applies the most. The following three questions will allow you to give more details about the sub-domains that your project tackles.

Please describe the (expected) impact of your project, including short to long term vision if applicable.
To summarize, please indicate the top 3 measurable impacts the sustainability project is expected to bring to your organization (i.e. Reduction in Scope 1, 2 or 3 GHG emissions; reduction in financial costs; more sustainable supply chain; etc.)
