I acknowledge that I have received a copy of the Event Services by Marylee, LLC (“The Company”) Employee Handbook (“Employee Handbook”) and the HR Policies Supplement ("HR Policies Supplement"), and have read, reviewed and understand it. I agree to follow and abide by all of the rules and policies that it contains.
I understand that the Company is an “at will” employer, and as such, except as may be provided for in an approved written employment agreement to the contrary, employment with the Company is not for a fixed term or definite period and, may be terminated at the will of either party, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
I understand that nothing contained in the Employee Handbook and HR policies supplement may be construed as creating a promise of future benefits or a binding contract with the Company for benefits or for any other purpose.
In addition, I understand that the Employee Handbook and HR Policies Supplement states the Company’s policies and practices in effect on the date of publication and supersedes and replaces any and all manuals, handbooks, policies and procedures, whether written or verbal, on or related to the subjects covered and enacted by the Company prior to the effective date of this handbook. I also understand that these policies and procedures are continually evaluated and may be amended, modified or terminated at any time.
