Our parties and event hire run on a 2 hour basis within the time slots below. we allow a maximum of 20 children in a hire with sufficient table space & Unlimited Juice & Water for time of hire. We only provide venue for hire, any food must be brought in by yourselves with agreement from venue beforehand. Please familiarise yourself with our booking terms & conditions below.
We require a 50% deposit to secure the date of your party. The balance is due 1 week prior.
Final numbers must be received 7 days prior to the party date and all extras (activities & menu items) must be paid for at this time.
In the event of a cancellation within a month before the party, your deposit of 50% will be non-refundable. We offer one free date change which we suggest over cancelling.
Cancellations less than a month before hire date or no shows to do not qualify for refund or date change.
In the case of late or incomplete payment, you are in default. All A-Board Day Nursery and Tiny Town will have the right to cancel the booking immediately. You are responsible for all the damages which suffer as a consequence of this, as well as the costs which have been made with regard to your booking and the cancellation.
Please ensure anything being brought into the venue such as balloons, decorations etc is confirmed with us at time of booking.
Exclusive hire means the condition that Tiny Town is left in when departing our venue is solely responsibility of yourselves - damage deposit will only be refunded if we feel it is left in a good condition & no damage has occurred.

Deposit of £150 must be paid to secure your party booking, please read terms & conditions before making payment, please ensure you have checked the date is free beforehand. Damage deposit is taken at final week leading up to booking and released after your finished hire should there be no damage after an inspection.
