3. Participation fee
Please note that individual lessons and master classes are not included in the basic price group participation fee. Those lessons are not obligatory, and the participants can decide themselves how many individual lessons they would like to apply for.

Individual lessons are available for students of price group II.

In book 1 piece 13 up to book 3 you can apply for package of 2x20min. individual lessons (2 x 20 min. lesson / 20 EUR)

In book 4-7 you can apply for max. 2 individual lessons (1 x 30 min. lesson / 35 EUR)

For participants in book 8 onwards you can apply for max. 3 master class lessons instead of individual lessons (1 x 45 min. master class / 40 EUR)
The application form will be valid only after making a payment of the complete participation fee on the account below (please note to choose the option to cover complete bank transfer costs yourself).

The closing date for submission of application forms is the 31st of March 2023

Lack of payment is considered to mean resignation from participation in the workshop.
Accommodation at Szarlota is limited and favourite places get full very quickly. If you don’t get your preferred accommodation and would like to resign from the participation in the workshop, we will fully refund the participation fee (minus the costs of international bank transfer). Please note that resignation has to happen by email before 30.04.2023 (szarlota.workshop@gmail.com).
The total workshop fee includes:

- payment for solo lessons / master classes (if selected)

4. Accommodation reservation
Please note that filling out the fields above does not mean that a reservation at Szarlota has been made. You will be informed via e-mail whether your preferred accommodation is available. More detailed information regarding your stay at Szarlota will be sent to you after about one week from submitting the application form. Accommodation is booked on a first come first served basis.

If you know of a Suzuki family whom you are good friends with we also recommend sharing a big cottage (4-5 persons) at Szarlota as families applying for big cottages who have two (or more) participants have priority over those who want to live in a big cottage with one participant only.

Priority of accommodation in Kashubian house is given to groups of participants arriving under the care of one adult.
