Criteria
- This scholarship is to provide financial help to deserving Bonner County graduates or residents who have either continued their education after high school or been delayed and plan to start or restart this fall.
- Applicants must demonstrate Rotary core values: service, fellowship and/or leadership.
- Emphasis will be placed on recommendation letters.
