FBC Caring Center Seasonal Swap

The Caring Center helps meet human needs in the name of Jesus by providing a clothing shop, food pantry, and financial assistance among other needs for those living in the Montgomery tri-county area. Through these services, we meet many physical and spiritual needs as we develop relationships and build community with our clients. For this SERVE project, we need assistance in our clothing shop as we move out our fall/winter clothes and prepare for spring/summer items. This work will involve moving racks of clothes from the storage area to the shop floor and preparing some items in the shop for storage in the warehouse. We would also like to get storage shelves for the interior space of the warehouse to assist in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for receiving, sorting, and storing donations until they may be given out through the shop.
