In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your getaway, Twin Harmony Travels now charges a mandatory travel planning fee. Please understand the research being conducted requires an extensive amount of time, effort and resources to provide a custom quote.

Our work is based on personal experience and professional expertise obtained through being in the travel industry. We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation if needed, draft itineraries and more. The itineraries we provide details your vacation plans and travel arrangements so that it will give you a peace of mind on top of saving you time.

The non-refundable retainer fee is good for ONLY 48 hours after itinerary has been sent. If you do not respond/book you will be charged a $25 fee to reinstate the itinerary

The non-refundable retainer fee includes:
- We will begin working on your request within 48 hours after submission
- 2 itinerary and package searches to find the best quote that is within your budget; additional proposals will incur a $25 fee
- pre-trip travel tips and advisories;
- email/phone assistance during your travel;
- post-trip follow-up.

Work with guest to price and book individual packages on request. Arrange guest transfers to and from resort
