Requirements of holding a site at the 2023 Hampton Festival
1. All food outlets must serve food that contains a large percentage of local produce.
We can help you with sourcing the produce – please let us know if we can put you in touch with local growers.
2. All stallholders are required to be environmentally conscious.
Please ensure that packaging is eco-friendly. We kindly ask that you be plastic free and look for environmentally sustainable alternatives. No single-use plastic bags, no plastic straws and no Styrofoam containers.
3. Bring enough stock and stay present at your stall for the full length of the festival.
Statistically, the Hampton Festival has grown each year. The 2022 festival brought over 5200 people through the gates, even after a postponement. The main complaint of festival-goers is always the time spent waiting in lines. The stalls that did well were the ones that had fast output. Please ensure your chosen sale items are

Preference will be given to stallholders who are environmentally friendly in their packaging and general conduct. Give examples of what packaging you will use and how you will be eco-friendly.
Please detail how you plan to reduce lengthy lines at the 2023 festival.
SITE FEES - $120 (3m x 3m site)
Stallholders must supply a tent to fit 3mx3m site, required tables, props and signage, cloths or coverings for tables.
All equipment/marquees/covers must be secured or weighted down at all times and must not extend into pathways or pose any safety risk. All electrical equipment must be tagged and tested.
PLEASE NOTE
Stallholders must have Public Liability Insurance and will need to prove it if accepted as a stallholder. You can refer to the Festival Conditions and Regulations.

This Form is an Expression of Interest only. Completion of this form does not guarantee your acceptance.
Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 25 February 2022 of their acceptance to participate at the Festival and will then be required to complete a Site Contact.
Site contracts and full payment are due on or before Monday 28 March 2022.
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
