    Requests must be submitted with at least two weeks prior notice to the change date. 
  • REMINDERS:

    • Requests are NOT automatically granted.
    • Your request will be considered and we will let you know if the change is possible soon. 
    • From 1st January 2025, a Change of Enrolment Fee of $75 may apply.

      Holiday breaks may not be granted with fixed entry courses such as AEP and Cambridge.

    • Reasons for Requesting a Refund

      Read this section carefully and tick the appropriate reason. Please ensure that all required documentation is attached to this form. Failure to submit all requited documents will delay authorisations and processing of the refund.

      When signing your student acceptance agreement, you appointed your nominated agent to act on your behalf; Including but not limited to submitting and processing change of enrolment requests and receiving any applicable refunds. Please accurately list the account details that you would like your refund to be sent to.
