TBAWA Mount-Bryson Meritorius Award Nomination Form
TBAWA invites all clubs (Metropolitan and Country) to nominate one or more of their Members who have given their club (or tee ball in general) outstanding service for a Mount-Bryson Meritorious Award.

All nominations must be submitted a minimum of 14 days before the TBAWA AGM for consideration by the Committee. Presentations to successful candidates will be made at the Annual General Meeting. Club Presidents will be informed of successful nominations from their club to ensure that the nominee/s are in attendance for the presentation.

Nominations should be submitted by a member of the Club's Committee.
