Invoices are issued prior to the start of each new half term and full payment is required ASAP upon receipt. Missed lessons are charged for unless 24 hour notice is given that a lesson will be missed - in this case the missed lesson will be deducted from the next invoice.
If payment is not received prior to the student starting lessons, we do reserve the right to not allow the student into the lesson and/or add an additional 10% admin fee for late payment to the invoice. Additionally the term will still be payable where students do not turn up.
Where students cancel having lessons mid term, there will be no refund issued. IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILTY TO GET TO THEIR DRUM LESSONS ON TIME AND ANY TIME MISSED DUE TO LATENESS OR CHASING STUDENTS DOWN WILL NOT BE MADE UP.
If payment can't be made for ANY reason, please just get in touch and let me know. If I cancel a lesson due to illness or not being able to get into school, that cancelled lesson will be deducted from your next invoice.
