Sports Performance Training Program
BAM FIT provides a safe and structured sports development program. Our goal is to provide your athletes with a performance enhancement program that highlights life lessons learned through the lens of sports and athletic training.
At BAM FIT, our athletes will participate in:
· Proper running form
· Technique drills
· Lateral mobility enhancement
· Plyometrics
· Detailed warmups & stretch/recovery techniques
· Strength training
· Hand eye coordination development
· Athletic profile with all testing number throughout the months training
· Athletic assessments
Many young athletes are unaware of the importance of proper nutrition and hydration, which adversely affects their overall performance athletically and academically. At BAM FIT, our athletes will also participate in weekly nutrition lessons to ensure a healthy developmental process.
To keep athletes safe, all our trainers and coaches are AED and CPR certified. For every 10 athletes, we will have a certified personal trainer or wellness counselor providing instruction and supervision. Athletes will be provided with water breaks throughout training sessions. Each athlete will be responsible for bringing their own water bottle which can be refilled on site.
Most importantly our sessions will be fun and enjoyable for all athletes to keep them engaged and motivated.

Location: Varies depending on the planned training regimen for the day.

Age Range: 12 -18 years old
Max Participation: 15 spots available per session
Investment:
- $400 monthly - 8 sessions
Private Skill and Sports Performance sessions:
Single sessions: $140 per
4 session sessions: $520 (equates to $130 per session)
8 session package $960 (equates to $120 per session)
12 session package $1200 (equates to $100 per session)
16 sessions package $1600 (equates to $100 per session)
FAQ
1. Are snacks provided?
Answer: No. Snacks will not be provided for athletes. Athletes are encouraged to bring their own snacks and extra water. We encourage families to send athletes to sports performance training with HEALTHY snacks. Please do not send donuts, cookies, candy, or potato chips with athletes to performance training.
2. Will athletes be working with older or younger athletes?
Answer: No. Athletes will be grouped by size, strength, and age to provide safe and productive instructional training sessions.
3. Do athletes need to attend all the training sessions?
Answer: No. However, we strongly recommend that they do. Families will be charged the full amount for a session even if they elect to only attend one day of a scheduled session.
4. Can I get a refund?
Answer: No. BAM FIT follows a strict no refund policy.
