If ordering new hair extensions, client must pay a non refundable retainer of half of the hair cost before the order is placed. At the scheduled installation the payment due will be the remaining amount of the hair cost, and the cost of installation. The payment will be discussed prior to ordering the extensions.*

I understand that move up maintenance is required every 6-8 weeks depending on my hair and how well I am taking care of my extensions*

I will not use products that are not recommended or approved by Blended Studio, or products containing sulfates, silicones and bond builders (such as olaplex, k18, etc). I understand using oil based products at my roots can cause the extensions to slip which will result in a move up, the cost of this move up will not be discounted.*

Hair extensions typically need to be replaced every 6-9 months. This means new hair will need to be ordered*

Extension Care Includes: Oil morning and night on the ends, brushing from bottom up while holding the top of your weft (2-3x a day), Braid hair while sleeping, laying down or in windy environment to avoid tangles that lead to breakage, Sleep with a silk or satin pillowcase, Microfiber towels are helpful, Blow-dry roots of the wefts and do not sleep with wet hair, Use a hair mask after washing hair- extension safe, Use recommended products, Avoid Olaplex, sulfates, spray tans, saltwater, chlorine, certain sunscreens and excessive heat styling.*
