Rules and Regulations

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance of space.
• Provide a clear and accurate description of your products on the application.
• Danville Parks and Recreation cannot guarantee that other vendors will not duplicate your type of crafts or commercial items.
• Payment for space must accompany application. If application not accepted, Vendor’s payment will be returned. Cash, check or money order is accepted. Credit Card payments can be made over the phone or in person at the Danville Welcome Center. Please don’t send cash payments in the mail. Make checks payable to the City of Danville.
• Vendor agrees to behave in a professional manner or will be dismissed from the pavilion grounds without a refund. Any suspected use of drugs/alcohol during event, set-up or take-down, will be dismissed from event without a refund.
• Vendors set-up will be Tuesday, July 4, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
• No cars will be allowed in the Pavilion area after 5 p.m. All vendors must be set-up before 5:30 p.m.
• Application and payment must be received no later than June 23, 2022.
• This is rain or shine event. There will be no refunds.
• Only ADA recognized service dogs are allowed inside the pavilion during the event.
• Vendors must stay until the gates close at the conclusion of the fireworks.
