    This form only registers the NUMBER of students and provides NAMES of judges. A separate form will allow you to sign up students for specific competing categories. Please contact shannons@ironwood.org to add/drop student counts if changes occur AFTER submission and payment. Many schools paid the competition school registration fee during their annual membership process. This is a one-time fee and should only be paid IF your school did not pay it earlier in the year (was given an option to pay it with membership dues).

  • Volunteer Judge Information

    To make our Fine Art's Competition successful, we need a host of volunteer judges in each category. Please supply us with willing and qualified judges' names, email, and their preferred competition category. If we do not have a variety of judges for certain categories, we will drop those categories from this year's event. GSACS prefers that each competition category have judges from a variety of participating schools and not just from one school. Judges could come from church members, faculty, or staff from your ministry.
