A mini move up is encouraged every 4-5 weeks, which will allow for a shorter duration appointments, more frequently. If maintenance isn't focused around a mini move up, your extensions will need to be removed, and reinstalled every 6-8 weeks for up keep.
Your move-up appointment cost will vary depending on amount of rows you need maintenanced, the coloring service you may need, and the time it takes your stylist to do it all.
At Införa Hair Studio, we work by hourly sessions. Each stylist charges an hourly rate based on their skill, speed, and availability. Your maintenace service cost will depend on the time it will take to perform the service.
Average color appointments last between 2.5 - 4 hours.
One row of extensions maintenance can take between 1-2.5 hours depending on the circumstances.
This price can be narrowed down during your consultaion.
Extension hair may last 6-9 months with proper care, and depending on how you want your extensions to look. Extension hair does wear out and thin out over time, just as natural hair does. It may be subject to needing trims depending on the care your providing to stay fresh looking, and will therefore shorten over the months.
You can replace your hair all at once as needed, or replace independant wefts during your move up appointment to keep extensions looking fresh, full, and long. If you choose to replace any wefts during these visits, your new hair will be priced per weft.
