IMPORTANT PLEASE CONSIDER: • Any Standard Cleans that go over 5hrs, rate increases to $55/hr
• While onboarding new clients the INTIAL CLEAN is a DEEP CLEAN (refer to our Services page for further clarity of the difference between 'Deep' and 'Regular')
• $10 travel fee within city limits & $0.75/km return for out-of-town locations.
• 25% Rush Fee apply to jobs that need immediate attention within 7days notice
• We cap ALL cleans at 5-6 hrs.
• Regular clients are billed on the 1st of the month for the upcoming services
WE CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE: under 24hrs notice is $40, if 2 cleaners= $80. ***If service is postponed or canceled by Zen, a credit or refund will be applied if prepayment has been made.***
