Terms of Membership
Members commit to being a VIP Club member for at least 6 months.
It is your responsibility to tell our tasting room staff that you are a VIP Club Member and to show Member’s ID
at the time of purchase.
First hour happy hour allow for $1 off each food or drink item ordered during the first hour of your visit. Does
not apply to already discounted items.
Members must notify LUFF of any address, phone, email, or credit card changes.
If a credit card is not authorized for two subsequent membership months, LUFF will attempt to contact members
twice within one month and if arrangements are not made during that time to update the card on file, their
membership will be terminated and a fee will be assesed.
By joining, you agree to have your credit card billed $25 monthly for a minimum period of at least 6 months.
VIP club members are responsible for state taxes incurred on any purchases.
In the event that a membership has been cancelled by LUFF and you want to reinstate your membership, you
will be required to fulfill the previous month’s dues and a valid card must be updated for future month’s
membership dues.
A valid credit card is required on file at all time to continue enjoying your VIP Club status and benefits.
Membership Cancelation
La Uva Fortuna Farms VIP Club members wishing to cancel their membership after the 6 month commitment will have no
additional fees. Cancelations must be received by La Uva Fortuna Farms in one of the following months by email to
club@lauvafortuna.com or by U.S. Mail. You will be charged for your final month and then your cancellation will take affect
the following month.
Cancellation Months: January, August, October
Early VIP club membership cancellation (prior to 6 months commitment) will result in a $100 cancelation fee billed to your
valid credit card.
La Uva Fortuna Farms reserves the right to cancel your VIP club membership at any time without prior written notification.
La Uva Fortuna Farms VIP Club, Terms of Membership and Membership Cancelation subject to change without prior notice.
Unlinking of card on file is subject to automatic cancelation fee of $100.
