Dog Adoption Application
AJC Rescue & Transport is a foster based 501(c)3 non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. AJC Rescue & Transport is completely funded through our transports, fundraising efforts and public donations.
All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive age appropriate medical care, which includes deworming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption.

Our average adoption donation is $300-$800 for dogs.
Out of State transport is available to approved adopters, at adopter's expense. The average cost of transport is $300.

Many of our Petfinder listings outside of Texas, include the transport fee in the adoption donation amount.

All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. AJC Rescue & Transport reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!

Upon adoption AJC Rescue & Transport will provide the adopter with all known and relevant medical records for the animal. AJC Rescue & Transport does not make any warranties regarding the animal's health, behavior or breed.
