I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any FosterDocHouston Dog Rescue animal fostered by me.

I understand that every dog I decide to foster for FosterDocHouston Dog Rescue is legally the property of FosterDocHouston Dog Rescue. I agree to relenquish any/all foster dog(s) that are enrolled in the program back into the care of FosterDocHouston Dog Rescue if requested. I agree to keep in close contact with a member of FosterDocHouston Dog Rescue at all times when actively fostering a dog.

I agree to and understand that under no circumstances am I to adopt out, give away, or otherwise transfer ownership/guardianship to any person(s) who have not been officially approved by FosterDocHouston Dog Rescue. I understand that if I choose to violate this, it will result in the termination of my foster privileges with FosterDocHouston Dog Rescue and may result in legal action.

I agree to have FosterDocHouston Dog Rescue complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application.

I agree that if I am unable to foster the dog(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s) to FosterDocHouston and allow a reasonable amount of time for FosterDocHouston to find alternative placement for the dog(s).
