Security Deposit and Application Fee Policy
Thank you for considering Robindale East Apartments as your new home. We're excited about the possibilities of you joining our Resident Family and being the newest addition to our apartment community.

Application Fee

Our Application Fee is a non-refundable $45 fee per each applicant age 18 or over. The application fee is payable with submission of your Application for Occupancy. No Application can be accepted or processed without receipt of the Application Fee. The fee must be paid by PayPal, ACH, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Debit/Credit Card.

Security Deposit

Your Security Deposit is 1 months' rent (3 Bed $825 / 2 Bed $725 / 1 Bed $625). It may be paid with submission of your Application, which guarantees a hold on a selected unit for 14 days or it must be paid upon approval of your application with a Move In Date assigned. In the event you must withdraw your deposit for any reason before either of these dates, Robindale East Apartments shall retain a $50.00 Cancellation Fee, and refund the balance of the Security Deposit. An executed lease shall be implemented on or before the Move in Date. Default on the part of the applicant to execute a lease on or before the agreed Move in Date will result in forfeiture of the Security Deposit in Full. The deposit can be paid by Stripe with a Debit/Credit Card, ACH, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Personal Check. No cash will be accepted. In the event the Application is rejected, the Security Deposit is refundable in full within 14 business days. Paragraph #3 of your Lease Occupancy Agreement will detail the disposition of the Security Deposit at the conclusion of your tenancy.
The Application Fee and the Security Deposit should be paid separately, and both documents are payable to Robinwood Apartment, LLC
