Organizations requesting meeting room space only will be billed for a room rental fee of $500.00.
Organizations who are requesting a meeting space with food and beverage will not not be charged a room rental fee. However, organizations requesting food and beverage will need to purchase a mimumum $500.00 or more in food and beverage catering. All food and beverage catering will be provided by the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. No outside food or beverage will be permitted.
