Feisty Mountain Goat Yoga

Refunds will be provided if a class is canceled due to inclement weather or farm related emergencies. Otherwise, there are no cancellations or refunds.

This agreement releases Feisty Mountain Goat Yoga LLC. and / or any yoga instructors or employees thereof (hereafter referred to as Feisty Mountain Goat Yoga LLC. ) from any and all liability relating to injuries or destruction of property arising from any cause whatsoever, including that of any possible negligence on the part of Feisty Mountain Goat Yoga LLC. The participant understands that goat yoga involves physical exertion / overexertion involved with yoga, as well as participation and interaction with farm animals which can be unpredictable in behavior and known to nibble, jump, scratch, etc. The participant understands he / she is in a rural environment on unlevel surfaces and may have contact with various plants, manure, dirt, and such things involved in the farm animal setting. Participant accepts all risks of property damage, injury and death associated with goat yoga and the setting in which it will take place. The participant agrees that he / she has no physical or mental condition that would interfere / prevent participation in goat yoga. Participant understands it is he / she’s responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding participation in goat yoga. By signing this agreement the participant agrees to hold Feisty Mountain Goat Yoga L.L.C free from any liability or financial responsibility from injuries and / or property damage incurred. If signing on behalf of a minor, parent / guardian accepts full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred to the minor’s participation in goat yoga and agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify (including costs and attorney fees) Feisty Mountain Goat Yoga LLC. for any claims brought by or on behalf of the minor. THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE / SHE HAS READ THIS RELEASE, FULLY UNDERSTANDS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTANDS THAT HE / SHE HAS GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE AND HAS SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE MADE BY THE UNDERSIGNED. HIS / HER SIGNATURE IS A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. As such, participant grants Feisty Mountain Goat Yoga LLC. the right to record their image, likeness, voice, etc. for the purposes of marketing on Facebook Business or Website or any media for art and advertising. Feisty Mountain Goat Yoga LLC. may edit any material recorded in any way they see fit.
