1. Please note Administration Fee is non-refundable. If class is not formed we will issue full refund of administration fee.

2. Application processing time is maximum 14 days.
Please note we will only process your application when all documents and payment is received.

3. For a new candidates only : Our School Manager will contact you to arrange a video meeting to speak to you and to your child to assess your child Polish language skills in order to allocate child to an appropriate class.

4. Please also be aware this is an application form only and it is not guaranteed your child will be enrolled to our school.

If a place is granted we will send you an e-mail with further details including separate Agreement to be signed.
