Cancellation/No-Show Policy and Fees: We're committed to providing superior quality services to our customers and our restaurant. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service with our restaurant and patrons, customers are encouraged to cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honor at least 24 hour in advance on the day of the reservation.
We understand that, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from showing up for your Reservation as initially planned. If you decide not to keep your Reservation, in order to avoid having a “late cancellation” associated with your reservation, you must cancel the Reservation at least 30 minutes in advance, either through the Services or by contacting the Restaurant directly. Unless otherwise stated, we, the Restaurant, reserve the right to cancel your Reservation if you do not check in within fifteen (15) minutes after your Reservation time. A cancellation in such a manner, a “late cancellation”, or a complete failure to show up for your Reservation, will be considered a “no show” (“No Show”).
Note: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have any questions please check with the restaurant directly to confirm so you do not get marked as a no-show.
Please note that this pertains to persons in your party also; if you have a reservation for a particular number of guests and this number changes, please ensure that you notify the restaurant of this change by 5PM the day of your reservation. If this is not confirmed with the restaurant prior you will be charged $50 per guest not in attensance on you reservation request.
Thyme restaurant requires a credit card in order to make this reservation for 5 or more guests. This restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee according to its cancellation policy. Please note that online cancellations will only be accepted prior to 5 PM the days before the reservation. Thank you!
If you're concerned that the restaurant may charge you a fee according to their cancellation policy, please contact the restaurant directly to discuss the matter with their General Manager.
