Thank you for your interest in the Pathways 4 Equity (P4E) Career Ready Fellowship, a unique 6-month program designed for women impacted by the criminal legal system. The P4E Career Ready Fellowship is designed to explore and prepare women for career pathways with employers. We work with employers in target cities and states who are interested in considering our Fellows for direct employment, apprenticeships, internships, or a customized fellowship.
We offer the Fellowship two times per year - Spring and Summer. The cohorts for 2024 have been selected. However, we are currently accepting applications for Spring 2025.
Please read the following information carefully and submit an application if you meet the eligibility requirements.
We are looking for women who have...
1. Been impacted by incarceration (directly or through a family member).
2. Received reentry support for at least 6-months if you were impacted by incarceration.
3. Experience using computer desktop or laptop and software i.e., Microsoft or Google software digital skills at the intermediate level of proficiency.
4. At least three years of work experience.
5. Strong skills in communication, time-management, organization, and leadership.
6. Availability to attend weekly workshops on Tuesdays from 5:45 to 7:45 pm (Eastern Time).
The selection of program participants is based on the eligibility criteria listed above plus an employability skills survey, and interview.
