Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent
I _______________, One of The People (as seen in all 50 State Constitutions, Republican in Form and having all political power), Sui Juris, have assembled to consult for the common good to provide you this notice so that you may provide due care to understand that the Charter of your Incorporation binds you to submit to the authority of the New Hampshire Legislature and New Hampshire Constitution. I simultaneously serve this notice of demand upon the Legislature of New Hampshire, who are my sworn trustees. It is my wish and demand that the New Hampshire Legislature initiate inquest into the following matter; to wit, Littleton Regional Healthcare/Littleton Hospital Association (hereafter referred to as LRH/LHA) adopted policies that violate the People’s Guaranteed Rights which are secured by the New Hampshire State Constitution.
Please take notice that The People are guaranteed a Republican form of Government in all 50 State Constitutions. In a Republican Form of Government, The People hold all political power. All government officials are Agents and Trustees of The People, are always amenable to The People, and are bound to give an exact and constant observance of the law. (See Evidence below.)
New Hampshire State Constitution:
Part 1 Article 1 All men are born equally free and independent; Therefore, all government of right originates from the people, is founded in consent, and instituted for the general good.
Part 1 Article 8 All power residing originally in, and being derived from, the people, all the magistrates and officers of government are their substitutes and agents, and at all times accountable to them.
Weisman's Maxims of Law 4d. An agent is a person authorized by another to act on his account and under his control. Wasilowski v Park Bridge Corp., 156 F.2d 612, 614
Part 1 Article 38 A frequent recurrence to the fundamental principles of the constitution, and a constant adherence to justice, moderation, temperance, industry, frugality, and all the social virtues, are indispensably necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty and good government; the people ought, therefore, to have a particular regard to all those principles in the choice of their officers and representatives, and they have a right to require of their lawgivers and magistrates, an exact and constant observance of them, in the formation and execution of the laws necessary for the good administration of government.
Weisman's Maxims of Law 11w. In the presence of superior power, the inferior power ceases. Jenk. Cent. 214, c, 53; 13 How. (54 U.S.) 142, The lesser authority is merged in the greater. Broom, Max 111.
Please take notice that The People delegated authority to the Legislature of New Hampshire, to defend The People’s Liberty interests, and the Maxims of Law show that the main purpose of Government is to defend the People’s Liberty Interests. (See Evidence Below)

Please take notice that The People delegated direct control over all incorporated entities existing in New Hampshire, to the New Hampshire Legislature. (See Evidence Below.)
New Hampshire State Constitution Part 2 Article 83 ...to control and regulate the acts of all such persons, associations, corporations, trusts, and officials doing business within the state…
Weisman's Maxims of Law 52i. That which is granted or reserved in a certain specified form must be taken as it is granted, and will not be permitted to be made the subject of any adjustment or compensation on the part of the grantee. Ex. parte Miller, 2 Hill (NY) 423; Bacon, Max. 26, reg.4.
Weisman's Maxims of Law 11s. One lawfully commanding must be obeyed. Jenk. Cent. 120.
Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 (1906), one of the most often quoted cases decided by the Supreme Court, the justices describe the fundamental difference between man acting in his private character and capacity (as himself) and a "person" in a public character and capacity acting as a corporate officer when the court stated: "...We are of the opinion that there is a clear distinction in this particular between an individual and a corporation, and that the latter has no right to refuse to submit its books and papers for examination at the suit of the state." and “Upon the other hand, the corporation is a creature of the state. It is presumed to be created for the benefit of the public. It receives certain special privileges and franchises and holds them subject to the laws of the state and the limitations of its charter. Its powers are limited by law. It can make no contract not authorized by its charter. Its rights to act as a corporation are only preserved to it so long as it obeys the laws of its creation. There is a reserved right in the legislature to investigate its contracts and find out whether it has exceeded its powers. It would be a strange anomaly to hold that a state, having chartered a corporation to make use of certain franchises, could not, in the exercise of its sovereignty, inquire how those franchises have been employed, and whether they had been abused, and demand the production of the corporate books and papers for that purpose." (Emphasis supplied.)
Please take notice that as one of The People holding all political power, it is my wish and demand that the New Hampshire Legislature initiate an inquest into this gross excess of granted authority which LRH/LHA has carried out with the effect of depriving The People of their Constitutionally guaranteed rights to property and the pursuit of happiness, their right of conscience, their right to a Republican Form of Government, and their right to require an exact and constant observance of the Law from their Lawgivers and Magistrates. The People’s constitutionally secured rights are their Property. LRH/LHA has no standing to infringe upon The People’s Liberty Interests by leveraging employment or service in exchange for violations of guaranteed rights. (Please see evidence below.)

Miranda v Arizona, 384 U. S. 436 (1966)
Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate them.
New Hampshire Constitution Part 1 Article 2
All men have certain natural, essential, and inherent rights among which are, the enjoying and defending life and liberty; acquiring, possessing, and protecting, property; and, in a word, of seeking and obtaining happiness. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by this state on account of race, creed, color, sex or national origin.

Amended 1974 adding sentence to prohibit discrimination.
[Art.] 4. [Rights of Conscience Unalienable.] Among the natural rights, some are, in their very nature, unalienable, because no equivalent can be given or received for them. Of this kind are the Rights of Conscience.

Please take notice that all corporations granted a charter through the legislature are creatures of the state and strictly statutory in nature. All corporate policies, rules, and procedures that you implement are statutory. A statute can in no way contradict or outweigh any rights secured by the Constitution, and must at all times be in pursuance to the constitution as all constitutional provisions are mandatory and strictly obligatory upon all. No Incorporation in New Hampshire has standing to mandate Covid-19 Vaccines. (See evidence below)
Mason's Manual for Legislative Procedure Chapter 2, Section 7, Para 1.
Being organic in character, constitutional provisions stand on a higher plane than statutes and, as a rule, are mandatory. Constitutional provisions prescribing exact or exclusive time or methods for certain acts are mandatory and must be complied with.

Weisman's Maxims of Law 52j. That which is permitted only at a loss is not permitted to be done. Co. Litt. 127.
Please take notice that, as One of The People holding all political power, it is my wish and demand that LRH/LHA produce and deliver to Nikki McCarter (New Hampshire House Representative) and Yamelia Kinch (LRH/LHA employee who was deprived of her employment), all records demonstrating receipt of funds from any Federal or State agency, program or from any public or private entity which are given to LRH/LHA in exchange for administering Covid-19 protocols; such as requiring Covid-19 Vaccinations, Masking, Covid-19 Testing, or Segregation in exchange for employment or provision of medical treatment, as well as any documents that House Representative Nikki McCarter deems necessary to complete said inquest. (See evidence below)
New Hampshire State Constitution Part 1 Art 8
“...To that end, the public’s right of access to governmental proceedings and records shall not be unreasonably restricted. The public also has a right to an orderly, lawful, and accountable government.”
Weisman's Maxims of Law 5h. There is no doubt that the rights of others cannot be prejudiced by private agreements. Dig. 2, 15, 3, pr.; Broom, Max 623
Please take notice that I am fully aware of the gross violation and attack on the Liberty Interests, guaranteed rights, and financial well-being of Yamelia Kinch, who was under your employ and was guaranteed protection by you as a creature of the State of New Hampshire, from an attack of her guaranteed rights. I am fully aware that you took the liberty to mischaracterize Yamelia Kinch’s direct testimony that she fully desired and intended to remain in your employ as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer when you reported her employment status to New Hampshire Employment Security. It appears that not only did LRH/LHA violate Yamelia Kinch’s guaranteed rights, but LRH/LHA did so in exchange for funding or grants, which is a conflict of interest and a flagrant violation of LRH/LHA's originally granted Charter wherein it agreed to abide by the laws of the New Hampshire State Constitution.
Please take final notice that I, as One of the People holding all political power in this Republican Form of Government, do now exercise my authority to command that LRH/LHA Immediately cease and desist all Covid-19 vaccination requirements, Covid-19 Testing requirements, and Covid-19 related Masking, Segregation, and Discrimination. Furthermore, I order LRH/LHA to make Yamelia Kinch whole by compensating her for unlawfully depriving her of employment that she was enjoying with you up until the point that you violated her guaranteed rights. LRH/LHA Must make payment in the amount of Two Million Dollars to compensate her for the deprivation of her future career that she fully intended to carry out at LRH/LHA. LRH/LHA must also make payment to Yamelia Kinch in the amount of Two Million Dollars for the loss of priceless guaranteed rights, the destruction of her faith and confidence in this guaranteed Republican Form of Government, wherein The People’s Liberty Interests are protected by government and by any agency which is subject to government regulation, and the mental anguish that this injustice has imposed upon not only Yamelia Kinch, but also her husband and young children who depended upon the contract of employment in which she participated in good faith. It is my wish and demand for LRH/LHA to make the aforementioned payments immediately. Should you desire to negotiate the terms and span of payments, you may contact Yamelia Kinch directly to settle upon an agreement amenable to her. I further order that LRH/LHA issue a correction of the record to New Hampshire Employment Security. Your correction of the record shall demonstrate that employees have the guaranteed right, as secured in the New Hampshire State Constitution, to defend all of their personal rights including matters of private health decisions and matters of conscience, and that Yamelia Kinch is therefore eligible for unemployment benefits immediately and retroactively.
If LRH/LHA believes that it is not within the authority of The People who are guaranteed a Republican Form of Government, to ensure that none of The People ever have their guaranteed rights attacked by any entity that is subject to the oversight of The People’s Legislature, which they delegated authority and responsibility to defend The People’s Liberty Interests, then respond to this notice within 10 business days, showing where in the Constitution LRH/LHA finds its authority to carry out these attacks and violations of the guaranteed rights of The People, and where it would find the authority to refuse transparency to the New Hampshire State Legislature’s inquest of the matter. If LRH/LHA fails to respond showing its authority in the New Hampshire State Constitution to interfere with The People’s guaranteed rights, then all the statements made in this notice will acquiesce as true and shall stand as truth in any court of record. If LRH/LHA wishes to dispute these claims, it agrees to have this matter heard by the arbitrator of Yamelia Kinch’s choosing, and these matters are not authorized to be reheard by any other court of record.
This notice is sent to you in peace and with the love of Christ, so that you may provide due care to those who have all political power: We, the People.
Any man or woman seeking to suppress this notice agrees to pay thirty thousand dollars per infraction to each signer of this notice.
Please deliver your sworn affidavit rebutting these claims point by point under the penalty of perjury, to:
