Reason(s) for not completing coaching certification requirements:
This exemption will be granted under the following terms:

• The applicant has shown that all opportunities to obtain required certification or certified coach have been exhausted

• For one (1) season only

• Required certification must be completed prior to participating in the following year's Provincial Championships

• Should your team win the Provincial Championships and proceed to the next level of competition in the current year, one of the three pick-ups MUST be a certified coach
