Exhibitor will be provided an 8' skirted and clothed table with two chairs located in the main convention room at the Arrowwood Resort on Friday, March 10 2023. The sales rep will receive a 4-minute time slot during Vendor Presentations to provide information about the company. Exhibitor logo placement in convention advertising and in printed convention material is included. Electrical to the booth is not included in this option.

To display the available options, click on the box next to 'Cocktail Sponsorship Selections', the price for that selection will be displayed next to the ‘Cocktail Sponsorship' heading. All cocktail sponsorships include: prominent sign placement during the sponsored cocktail time (sign includes name, logo and sponsorship), an announcement and thank you during the sponsored cocktail time where the vendor(s) will be recognized and invited to address attendees. Sponsor acknowledgement will also occur during other points in the convention. Premium sponsorship includes an Exhibitor Booth as described above with electrical if needed. Exhibitor is given the choice of booth location in the main convention room. Additional time during Vendor Presentations will be provided to Premium Sponsors along with choice in presentation order along choice of the type of vendor presenting directly before and after. You will be recognized as a Premier Sponsor during welcome announcements and at other points during the Convention. Your company logo will be upgraded to premium sized and it will be given premium placement in convention related advertising and materials.
