Hunslet Festival is an annual summer event that takes place on the field next to Grove Road and Church Street in Hunslet.

It is great community celebration that local residents look forward to and also draws in visitors from neighbouring communities.

We anticipate over 2000 guests to attend the event throughout the day. The Organising Committee is motivated to give people the best day possible.

We welcome applications from a wide range of stall holders - please complete the application below and we will be in touch within 2 weeks.

Stall spaces are approximately 3m x 3m:
You must bring your own gazebo, table, chairs etc as required.

Voluntary Community Groups or Charitable Organisations: £20

Businesses, Community Groups or Charitable Organisations With Paid Staff, Religious Groups, Political Parties: £30

What activities are you undertaking on your stall?*
Please provide a brief summary of your stall. E.g. selling new products, tombola, fundraising, games, business, information sharing, promotion. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO BE CREATIVE WITH YOUR STALL - TO OFFER SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND ENGAGE MORE PARTICIPANTS. Stalls are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis. We may decline your request if it is too similar to exiting stalls.

Payment must be received within 2 weeks of you receiving payment details to confirm your place. And before Saturday 1st June otherwise your space will be cancelled. There is no option to pay on the day and cash is not accepted.
If your stall requires sides/backs on a gazebo please inform us here. We will locate you in a suitable place to avoid restricting the views around the Performance Arena.
