NADD Lap Dog Challenge Form
This form is used to begin the NADD Lap Dog Challenge Procedure.

Per NADD Rules, any NADD member may issue a challenge against a dog that has been Officially measured as either Lap or Open.

The 'challenger' must pay $25 to NADD to issue the challenge.

Once the challenge is issued, NADD will review to see if the dog has already had its ONE Challenge. If so, the fee will be refunded. If not, the challenge will be accepted and an invoice will be sent to you. When paid we will start the process for the challenge.

If a dog is officially listed in the portal as Retired, they can not be challenged.

All submissions will be kept anonymous.
