Event Hours are 11am-4pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready by 10:30am and open for business through 4pm with no tearing down early. Do you agree to that?

Booth Specifics:
You as a vendor, are responsible for your own tables and chairs (unless renting them from us). Because this event is outside, for those of you in open air spaces, we encourage a popup canopy. Please bring weights for your canopy and shims for your table(s) in case the ground/space you are in is uneven. (Pavilion spaces are covered, pop up tents aren't needed but allowed.)
You are encouraged to bring a cart, dolly or wagon to assist with load in/load out as we cannot guarantee that you will be able to pull up to your designated space. Please note after unloading, your personal vehicle(s) will need to be moved to designated parking areas.

Rescues & Shelters:
Please email your 501(C)3 paperwork/municipal shelter license to director@newleashonline.com Bring your best behaved, vaccinated and neutered/spayed pups. Pups must be leashed at all times. One crate is allowed in the booth. No more than 4 pups per booth. There must be one handler per pup. NO ONSITE ADOPTIONS.
