    Once we receive your order we'll send you an invoice. Your email receipt will serve as your tickets for the event.

  • Event Information

  • We are thrilled that you will be attending our Open House. In order to ensure that you have the best experience possible, please keep in mind a few administrative details:

  • Shoes: we’ll be walking in open fields so be sure to wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty (cowpies, ya’ll)

    Chairs: We’ll have plenty of seating available at the tables during dinner, but if you’d like to kick back…


    Drinks: We’ll have unsweet tea and water available


    Arrival: Please try to arrive at 2 pm
    Departure: The event ends at 7 pm.


    Safety:

    • Our animals are not pets.
    • There are lots of pointy-pokey (barbed wire, tools, etc..) things around the ranch – please use caution.
    • Be sure to drink plenty of water
    • We’ll be outdoors for the whole event so sunblock and insect repellant are advised.
    • No open flames or smoking during event please

     

    Parking: You will be advised where to park on arrival


    Buying Meat: If you are interested in taking home some of our product, be sure to bring a cooler.


    Sanitation: We’ll have wash stations and port-a-potties on site.
