    Attention Parents and Guardians -

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We are so excited that your child is interested in joining us for our Summer Sessions. Next you will select the courses your child wishes to participate in during Bexley Summer Sessions.

Our goal is to be inclusive and accessible to all students and families.

For this reason, we are limiting initial registration (March 27th-April 10th) to 3* choices per student.

*Please note: Camp Invention, ACT Prep, Reading Intervention, Math Intervention and any HS Credit Recovery, Online Health, Personal Finance/Capstone courses are not included in this cap.

After the initial registration period, students from the waitlist will be placed into any remaining spots. We will notify any student who is taken off the waitlist and placed in a class by April 17th. A second round of registration may open up on April 17th if courses are still available. Additionally, if enrollment numbers are low or staffing changes occur, a course may be eliminated.

In any case, we will communicate those changes as soon as possible.

     Heads Up!

    (Keep Scrolling)

It is important to us that we communicate openly with our families and community. For this reason, we wanted to take this opportunity to share some information regarding the summer programing.  Currently, this program is funded by the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (Covid-relief grant money.) As a result, we have been fortunate enough to offer it at no cost to our students.

This will be the last year that this is possible and we will be exploring alternative ways to offer learning experiences next summer. If we decide to continue the extensive programming offered these past couple of years, it is likely that participation fees may be required.
