HOOPLA 3 on 3 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM

Team Name*

Tournament Rules/Requirements:

Each team must have 4 players (3 +1 substitute per team).
CO-ED teams MUST have a female on court at same time.
First team to reach 21 points or best after 15 mintues wins. Overtime: If score is tied after regulation game time, an additional 1 minute will be added to the game.
3 game elimination: If your team loses three times, team is eliminated from the tournament.
Baskets scored inside of the arc counts as 1.
Baskets scored outside of the arc counts as 2.
The ball must be cleared above the arc on defensive rebounds. The ball is not checked when a team scores. The opposing team must immediatley clear the ball and continue play.
There will be NO unsportsmanlike conduct. If this occur, your team will be removed from tournament.
If there are any changes to roster, please update soon as possible.
Teams must have tournament fee paid, before first game.
