Please fill out this form with as much information as possible. This will help me to fully envision your design and the amount of work that will need to be done.

Once this form is submitted I will review your project and contact you. Please remember that I am one person and it can take me a minute to sort through all of my inquiries! Your patience with this is much appreciated:)

I may require a consultation to gather a better understanding of your design. This isn't necessary for every tattoo but usually preferred for larger more complex pieces.

After I confirm your design I will give you a general price for your tattoo. I price per piece, which will factor in the size, location, and detail of the tattoo.

When you confirm booking your appointment and put down the deposit all that will be left is to get your tattoo! I am not able to share designs prior to appointments, however I leave room for any basic adjustments day of.

Please include your availability below! The most popular day is Sunday, which can fill very quickly. Because of this, any flexibility would ensure a sooner appointment. My hours are Sun-Wed 11am-7pm.

Deposits and Pricing

To confirm booking on all appointments I require a $150 deposit. This will go towards your tattoo and is non-refundable. All deposits are transferable within at least 24 hour notice to reschedule, although I can make small exceptions for specific circumstances. The deposit will need to be fulfilled to hold your appointment.
