Astronomers,

The Hertford Astronomy Group are meeting at the Howard Centre, Welwyn Garden City on Saturday 6th September to promote the Hertford Astronomy Group and we would love to have you join us.

We have been granted permission to use the site under the main portico in Howardsgate.
The object of the event is to:
- make people aware of our club's existence
- get people to sign up to the Newsletter
- get people to sign up to join the club
- get people excited about astronomy and what we can offer them
- let them know that we were all beginners once
- let them look through some telescopes - possibly solar (with all the usual safety warnings) and at local landmarks.
We will be there from 9:00 - 16:00.

We might be able to negotiate parking in the Howard Centre for you so if you would like to be considered for this please enter your car reg in the appropriate box.
