By signing above, I agree to Save our Sheps Rescue adoption process, will undergo a homecheck, and interview at the discretion of Save our Sheps.
By signing above, I understand Save our Sheps will check my references including veterinary and personal.
By signing above, I understand there is an adoption fee associated with adoption of a pet from Save our Sheps Rescue. I understand this fee will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless pet.
By signing above, I understand that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify Save our Sheps rescue immediately. Save our Sheps rescue will try to make arrangements for my pet to be taken back into the rescue pending the resources to do so. Save our Sheps Rescue will also help me rehome my pet.
By signing above, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Save our Sheps rescue personnel (all but not limited to directors, officers,trustees, president, and any staff) against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed.
By signing above, I understand Save our Sheps rescue will disclose any of the pet's health or behavior issues known by the above named rescue group before adoption is completed.
By signing above, I understand adopting a dog is a commitment. I understand that it takes atleast 3 weeks for a dog to start adjusting to my home. I agree to give my adopted pet atleast three weeks before trying to surrender or rehome my adopted pet (pending circumstances.)
If my pet is not spayed or neutered at time of adoption, I agree to get them spayed/neutered between 6-12 months old.
