    (1). Please note that when you submit this form we will only provide you with rates for 3 hotels based on the information you entered above. In the event that a resort has a minimum nights requirement that may fall out of your desired length of stay, we will follow up to inform you and discuss how we should proceed.

    (2). Last minute bookings are considered on a case by case basis. A last minute booking is any booking that is being made less than 7 calendar days from the check in date. To be considered for a last minute booking you must have all funds ready for payment immediately. You also agree to pay a non-refundable $30 USD surcharge to process your last minute booking.
