Thank you for your interest in attending the HOME, Inc. homebuyer education class. We have an eight hour, in-person class, that includes the following topics: Ready to Buy, Credit & Finances, Searching for a Home, and Purchase & Closing.

The class will take place at HOME, Inc. (1618 Sixth Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50314) on Saturday, June 10 from 8:30-4:30. Breakfast and lunch are included.

Class size is limited to 15 households. You will receive a confirmation text for the class. If you are not one of the first 15 households to register, you will be placed on a waitlist. Once you complete the class, you will receive a certificate.
