July Class Dates: July 11th, 18th, 25th, and August 1st 2024, 5:30-7:30pm
Thank you for your interest in attending the HOME, Inc. homebuyer education class. We are holding a four 2 hour sessions, that includes the following topics: Ready to Buy, Credit & Finances, Searching for a Home, and Purchase & Closing.

The class will take place at HOME, Inc. (1618 Sixth Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50314) on the following dates: July 11th, 18th, 25th, and August 1st from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. Light refreshments will be served, but please feel free to bring dinner with you.

Class size is limited to 15 people. You will receive a confirmation text for the class once you are registered. If you are not one of the first 15 households to register, you will be placed on a waitlist. Once you complete all four sessions, you will receive a certificate proving you took the course.
