Conditions for space rental:
*Vendor space is limited and will be assigned to vendors based on date of application and selection process (to avoid duplicate vendors and preference to vendors with crafts/homemade items. Others will be considered as space allows). Spaces not occupied by 8:15 a.m. may be reassigned
* This event will be held outdoors, Saturday market style so bring your canopies if you have them. If weather is not cooperative, the event may be moved inside. If event is moved indoors, space dimensions will be 6' and 12' spaces with no canopy.
*Cancellation Policy- Space reservations are non-refundable after May 20th 2023.
*An adult must accompany students wishing to rent a space.
*All tables must remain open until closing time at 3:30 pm
*Vendors must remove empty boxes, paper, etc. after the conclusion of the bazaar. Leave your space as you found it.
*Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales transactions and change.
*Masking/painters tape is the only device allowed for attaching anything to walls or floor.
*Hockinson AAA Boosters is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any article belonging to the vendors or their workers.
* The SW Washington Health Dept. requires any food sold to the public to be prepared in a commercially approved kitchen, and that you carry a permit to prepare and sell such food items. Hockinson AAA Boosters assumes no responsibility for food sold at the bazaar.
*Commercial product vendors are allowed to take orders, having some stock on hand for direct sales to customers is preferred.
* Hockinson AAA Boosters reserves the right to deny anyone space if we feel their merchandise is not keeping with our standards.
