Sharing an uplifting memorable moment or conversation with a student facing a challenge, something that makes working in higher ed rewarding (identifying details omitted). All in a Day's Work stories can also share ways that professors and administrators have inspired a student or group of students to develop an initiative that helps other students, encouraging leadership skills.
