Full Time Staff work on the following rotational basis:

Mon-Thurs, Wednesday-Sunday, Friday-Tuesday, Repeat.

Day Staff work from 3pm-12am on weekdays and 12pm-12am during weekends and holidays.

Night Staff work from 12am-9am on weekdays and 12am-12pm during weekends and holidays.

Casual Staff fill all the above shifts as well as 9am-3pm on an as-needed basis.

Program Supervisors generally work 2pm-10pm Mondays-Fridays and work on-call weekends and overnights on a rotational basis.

Program Managers generally work 9am-5pm Mondays-Fridays and work on-call weekends and overnight on a rotational basis.

Youth for Christ Canada is a chartered member of Youth for Christ International, an international, non-denominational Christian ministry who, for over 75 years, has passionately engaged young people to live their full life potential as designed by God.

YFC Regina Housing provides a home for youth where they feel safe, loved, and know they belong. Motivated by faith in Jesus, Regina Youth For Christ's mandate is to serve youth, regardless of their religion, race, ethnicity, or gender, as a demonstration of God's unconditional love for all people. Honouring the culture of the youth we serve is important to creating a trusting environment where youth feel safe and loved. We recognize that a significant number of the youth that we are privileged to serve are First Nations and therefore, we are intentional in creating space for Indigenous cultural expression in our housing Our housing programs use a holistic and individualized approach in serving our youth while providing them with safety, security, and stability. Through that, we provide individualized opportunities to gain life skills, build relationships and work on their family involvement. Through these shared experiences our hope is that they see their true potential! Regina YFC Housing does not require all staff to believe in and sign our statement of faith. However, as a Christian organization, we ask that all staff be respectful of our faith and not to speak against it.

Housing staff must have a class 5 (novice 2 or unrestricted) driver's license to be added to our insurance.
