Student Shadow Agreement

Before the School Shadow
1. Participate in classroom lessons.
2. Create a list of questions you will ask on your school shadow day.
3. Dress for success by adhering to the school dress code (link below). 

Student Dress Code

During the School Shadow

1. Arrive 10 minutes early and report to the school office. 
2. Adhere to the Standards of Conduct found in the handbook  (click below)

3. Ask questions and take advantage of the time you have at our school.

School Shadow Student Standards of Conduct

• I will be punctual and conscientious in the fulfillment of my commitment.
• I will accept supervision graciously.
• I will conduct myself in a dignified, courteous, and considerate manner.
• I will follow all school policies and procedures (dress code, safety, training, etc.).
• I will not use my cell phone for any reason while on the job shadow, including texting or taking photographs.
• I will not surf the Internet, use personal email, or play games while at school.

By signing below, I understand and agree to the requirements as outlined above. There is a $75.00 (cash or check) fee for Student Shadow day, which will be applied to registration if the student chooses to enroll.
